I am doing master degree in Yildiz Tech. University/GIS and Remote Sensing Department,Istanbul,Turkey. My homework is about flow maps. I need to prepare a presantation about flow maps and i need informations about it. Can anyone help me please?

Try looking at Waldo Tobler's Flow Mapper, and the information on these pages. Look at the reference list for the documents given there as well:
