Hi,
Now and then I am asked to submit my CV for this and that. And I hate keeping it up to date - but then I just found out that one can export things from Linkedin, where I have things reasonably current.
That's cool, but the design is pretty boring, especially for someone that is active in some form of graphic design (which cartography is, after all!). I would like to pimp it one level more.
Are there any other tools that could be useful for such stuff? I looked at Visualcv.com briefly, will look at that more/again!
Ideally I would like to connect to my linkedin profile and have that feed into a word/indesign template!

I have the opposite problem, I hate keeping LinkedIn up to date while my website and PDF resume are usually current. Is what your asking about a resume document that will auto update from your LinkedIn exports? That would be pretty cool. If such a template does not already exist and you create one... I'd bet you could make a buck or two off selling that app to the LinkedIn community.

Exactly, that is what I am looking for. And that one can modify if needed.
