I need to Clip data with given Lat long values in UTM/NAD 27 projection system.
We write a program to create a rectangle with given co-ordiantes but it slitly shiting on SRTM 90m data.

Hi there
Is it a half pixel shift? In this case, that would mean by 35m!
It has to do with how ArcMap references the corner of the image: some programs take the lower left corner of the lower left pixel. whereas ArcMap takes the centroid of the lower left pixel.
One way to try and fix it, is under the Environment settings of the clipping tool:
Go to General Settings
and under Snap Raster, specify your original dem.
But if you are clipping to a different projection, then not sure if it will still work.
It's worth a shot though.
