Hi!
I need to verify a polygon layer made in Esri ArcMap for topology errors (overlapping, doubling, etc.).
I know that there is a tool ESRI ArcGis, but I want other softwares, tools, especially free or open-source.
If you have any idea, please don't hesitate to expose them.
Sincerely,
Adrian

You can always import the shape file into GRASS GIS which will build topology during import. But I know that GRASS might not be for the faint of the heart...
