GEOSPACE/Weltbild just released a very neat Atlas.

It has all of Germany covered in 1:200 000, official topographic maps in a convenient Atlas for just €20.

What could make this interesting for non-Germans:

A 2004 satellite picture is on the left side of each map in the same sheet lines. This is really great for comparison and teaching purposes.

And of course everybody in the world should see our beautiful country :lol: !

Or mayhaps you want to take a look at some scans first?

They have the same thing for austria:

Geospace Atlas of Austria

but it´s more expensive.
