This just in:

The government in Myanmar (formerly Burma) has decided to change its capital from Rangoon to Pyinmana, about 600 miles to the north.



I guess some maps will need to be updated now...

Actually in the press conference for the ambassadors, they didn´t tell if Pynmana will be:

Seat of Government
or
Governing City
or
Capital

so maybe all maps will stay correct:-)

My newspaper stated the capital change in the headline, but in the article they mentioned merely government offices being moved, so my guess is that it's going to be the seat of government.
