I am LOOKING for the ideal platform or app for a webmap project.
The webmap will have a dominant layer, say zipcodes.
The user will be able to add a new attribute to the zipcode via a script, and have the map group by this new attribute and display it.
Any ideas / suggestions are welcome!
Ideas on web map applications?
