So, my name is Svetoslav Dimitrov from Sofia,Bulgaria.

I have graduated from Sofia University, Dept. of Geology and Geography with major in Geology: Tectonic Geomorphology and Neotectonics. My master thesis was "Fault-generated landforms in the eastern part of Simitli graben (SW Bulgaria): a tectonic geomorphology approach".

With a short resume of my master’s thesis I participated in the science conference "Geosciences 2008", along with prof. Yanko Gerdjikov from the Sofia University. My master thesis was the main reason I got involved with the GIS technologies and more precisely with ArcGIS.

I have been working as a GIS specialist for 2,5 years. I use ArcGIS 9.x, ArcInfo Workstation 9.x, ENVI and ERDAS Imagine. I am interested in 3D modelling, visualisation and digital cartography.

I also work for of a small company named "Adventura" (check out the company's website - www.adventura.bg ). It's activity is focused on organizing mountain-bike sports events, mtb route tracing and so on. I'm doing the cartography there.
