[Himalayan Tigris]

Hello

I have a problem in arcgis 9.2. The problem is Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. When I open arcmap and catelog, it always ask this problem and arcwindows is closed automatically.
Also please find attached the error message.
Operating system is-Windows xp professional version 5.1(Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090804-1435:service pack 3)

but I cannot get result.

Could you please provide me solution.
