Hi, here is an example of a map I would like to create (same design, different criteria) but I can not find anyone who can perform this service. Can someone here help me out?
Here is the link: This is the cartogram
Thank you in advance.

I'd try ScapeToad for Cartograms. Look at: http://scapetoad.choros.ch/

Hi kiastar
I'd be interested if you find a tool to create such rectangular cartograms. If want to distort the normal polygon shapes of the countries, you could try this page: http://www.mapresso.com/tool. If you have problems (it's in German, but you only have to choose the word boundaries), contact me: adi at mapresso.com

And what ever you do at the Mapresso site, you must look at this!
