When I create the local identifier, I expect the grid cell being identified to be in the center of the data frame, however it seems to shift on each map page. The scale seems to change when you go from page to page. The grid cell being identified will most often border the data frame's side, when there is definitely another grid cell beyond the border which can't be seen. I've attached a screenshot showing what I mean. To the south of the identified cell (in grey) there is definitely a grid cell. Is there a way to keep the grid cell in the center of the data frame. Thanks.
