Hi All,

Im after some suggestions on a project im looking at.
we operate bus transport in a small town in australia.

im trying to work out the best way to develop a point from/ Point to System for the web with our bus Routes.
is there such a product that can search from xyz street walk to bus stop 234 and catch the z Route to Stop 245, then walk to xzv street?

also toying wit hthe idea of an on demand service that will allow a deviation of route up certain streets that will give estimates of time to devation address or similar.

Does anyone have any ideas on such a project?

Google do this for North American agencies, at least, that supply schedule information in a particular format. Check http://www.google.co...anding/transit/

Your requirement is a routing enterprise solutionn which can be best addressed using gps navigation are a customised solution to suit your need, there are many service providers, who can provide these solution, but again i am not pretty sure how successful it is? Just try out the option there is plenty open out there.
