Hello. I am wanting to purchase an accurate rendering of the earth as a 12/24 panel gore projection in a vector file format (.AI, .EPS)

You might want to look at stock photo/image/clipart databases. Oh - and what do you mean by "accurate rendering" - do you want land cover, satellite image or topography in that?
If you are interested, I can make you an offer for preparing this for you - and there are many other capable cartographers on CartoTalk that could do that too!
