Hi All,

Just a quick question....is anyone currently using the Open Source MapServer program or has had experience using MapServer??

If so, would you be interested in quoting on a job to develop an online map server application using MapServer?? I'm not planning anything super enormous or groundbreaking! I just want someone to get the application up and running for me.

The documentation online seems pretty comprehensive and I am sure I could probably fumble my way through it! But hey, I have maps to draw and my head hurts a little when they start talking code!

Did you ever get someone to help you? Check out this site: a Web Map we put together for a client using HostGIS and GeoServer. GeoServer is much more user friendly than Map Server once it is up and running.
