I've got a problem with the visualization of 3D noise data in ArcView.

I was provided with a simple 3D city model, which I can display in ArcScene via extruding the building heights, and with noise data (day/night) for roads in the specific city model. In addition to that I have defined a layer with facade points on the buildings with calculated noise data.

With this information given, I'm asked to display the noise data in 3D for the whole city model.
Does the 3D Analyst provide a tool, that allows me th interpolate the data between the roads and the facade points?
