I've got a license of lightwave 8 full educational w/ manual and dongle and the Alban book Inside Lightwave [8]. All original packaging.
I played with it for awhile. Barely scratched the surface.
If some other cartographer wants to give 3D modeling a try with a very high end application, send me a PM and we can discuss the details.
