Hello,
I wondered if anyone can explain how hill shaded layers are created for maps (world maps in this case).
In all such maps that I have seen the elevation is greatly simplified, probably to emphasize the principal mountain ranges.
That is what I am looking for but just not sure how to produce it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
