Hi All,

I thought I would share a great little Mac application that I found online recently that automatically saves your work (in pretty much any program your are working in).

I was forever loosing work in Ai after a program crash! I tend to save pretty regularly but when your in the moment 20 min can pass and bang crash, Ai decides to quit unexpectedly!

This little application called SaveCircle sets up an automatic save on pretty much any application you have running. Perfect for Ai.

You can play around with the settings to adjust and suit your workflow. So far I found it very useful!

Then you would lose the possibility to revert if you screw up though, unless it saves it under different filenames. Isn't version cue made for these stuff anyways?

For me, I use a special script when I save at certain points, which saves a new backup copy.

This sounds like a great app! I'll bet they'll configure this so you can append a timestamp to the file, or run a save-as in the future.

I wish I could download it. I get the attached error every time I've tried, and I've tried Apple, CNET, FreeMacware, VersionTracker, Softpedia, and Download.com

Anybody else?

Thanks Jason!

That link seems to work however the page states that I am downloading 1.1 and the link on Apple's site states it is 1.2. I guess Candyware just hasn't updated their site 'cause I downloaded it and it's the 1.2 version.
