Some guidelines for posting maps in the map gallery:

  • The Map Gallery is meant to show off maps (and what is or isn't a map is another discussion) that you have either designed or produced or at the very least have had some involvement in how it looks. It can be a finished product, or something that still being worked on.
  • Please give some information about the purpose and intended audience of the map, how it was produced and what your involvement with the project was. Any other background info is welcome too.
  • Try and keep your files small. Please use jpg, png or pdf as much as possible. When posting large files, please provide a link and mention the filesize, so that people with limited amount of time/bandwidth can opt not to download them.
  • Constructive criticism is encouraged. This is a place to show maps and talk about them.
