Has anyone else noticed a difference in ESRI's website responsiveness?
I work for a major city government and I suspect the city's access is prioritized.
Whenever try to go ESRI's site, it always takes forever to render their page.
Just an observation.
Anyone experience this with their organization?

Seems to load reasonably fast for me. I find the forums a bit slow sometimes, especially since the ArcGIS forum is so big (depending on how you fold/open the different sections). The search on the forums also times out sometimes. (the forum section is probably overdue for an overhaul, it looks like a homebuilt system, that hasn't changed much in the last 5 years or more).
For the main stuff, I suspect that they use a CDN (content delivery network) which caches the content in various strategic data centres, and the responsivness may depend on your geographic location. I doubt that they prioritize certain customers/partners...
