Seems I chose a harder one.
I´ll zoom out and provide another hint:
This place used to have a certain relation to Paris. North is in the top, btw.
EDIT: Sorry, the latest pic is a little bit skewed, I forgot to readjust before saving. It´s about 10° off in clockwise direction. The first pic is straight.

Your turn, Crischan! Ferro was also supposed to be 20° west of paris & provide all of Europe with Eastern/positive latitudes. Didn´t work out that way...
