Hi, my name is Becky and I work for the County of Lethbridge as a GIS Tech. I graduated from University in GIS last spring, and have been working at the county for just over six months now. I love this site, there are so many inspiring ideas on maps and projects. All the critiquing i have seen on maps posted has been so constructive for some of the maps i have started creating. There are so many great ideas out there, its amazing. I had never heard of this site until one of our GIS labs was to come onto CartoTalk and read some of the discussions on here; what an awesome resource!

Welcome to Cartotalk, eyh.

In my youth we played soccer teams from Lethbridge.

We always got beat really bad and as a result I became a cartographer instead of a soccer player.
