I need some help creating a TIN. I am trying to create a large TIN from one square mile LIDAR tiles. When I try to convert the TIN using four tiles arcview crashes. My colleague ran the TIN on the older version 3.3 and it worked. Is there a difference in the TIN geometry from 3.3 to 9.3? Does anybody know a way to tweak the performace of Arcview so I can create a large TIN in Arcview 9.3? Any help would be appreciated.
