I have some attributes written in upper case and I want to convert them in proper case. Can I do it in Mapublisher?

Yes.

Navigate to the Type Menu in Illustrator and click "Change Case" Choose either Title Case or Sentence case, depending on what you mean by 'proper case'.

Hi,

you can also go in the MAP Attributes panel, in the Expression Builder, there is a function called "PROPER" that does exactly that.

From the MAP Attributes panel do the following:

1- Click the Edit Schema button.
2- Create a new attribute of type string and allocate a size big enough for the length of your text.
3- Using either the Edit Schema option "Derive Value from Expression" (will create read-only text), or the MAP Attributes button "Apply Expression" (creates editable text), you can type the following expression:
PROPER(ORIGINAL_NAME)
where ORIGINAL_NAME is the column name of your original text in upper case.

That will work well.
