This is a funny little video clip where a 'psuedo' reporter asks people what country should be attacked next in the Global War on Terror (da GWT). However, the map they have for people to locate said country isn't completely correct, providing both comedy and an insight on the state of a geographical education.

I love these on the street geography tests. Jay Leno used to do them fairly regularly.

A similar thing used to be a regular item in a popular Dutch tv show about holidays. A reporter would go to a popular holiday destination for Dutch people, round some of them up and ask them to point out where they were on an unlabelled map of Europe. More often than not, people standing on a Spanish beach (or worse: on an island) would point to a land-locked country like Switzerland...

Poor Australia, looks like its in for a rather heavy bombing. The unfortunate thing is that the current President of the US may not understand geography much better than these people.
