This sounds like something perfect for us cartographers!

From John Wundes AI Scripting site:

"Select Paths By Size" simply selects objects smaller (or larger) than a user-supplied threshold of pixels.

Erin - try right-clicking on the file, and choose "save as..." otherwise it will just open in the browser.

Thanks for the link Hugo!

Hi all, this is John, author of the script mentioned above.

If anyone is using it with CS2, I'd be curious to hear back if it works with that version.
Otherwise, feel free to let me know how it's working for ya.

(Note, if the cancel button doesn't work on your version, try re-downloading the script, I made a couple of tiny changes about an hour ago.)

cheers,
-J

Hi John, and welcome to cartotalk!

Hey Hugo,
I had no idea there was such a large community of cartographers. I predict this will lead to several new scripts.
Having briefly perused the forums I've already been inspired to modify my copyToMultipleObjects script, so it will give the option to NOT resize the copied objects. Hopefully that makes some people's lives easier too...

Looking forward to the ensuing conversations.

cheers,
-J
