WGS84 is the datum. To help you reproject your data, we need the projected coordinates system.

I thought it was UTM, but 16 million meters north is a little too north. Could also be a state system in foot.

What part of the world is this supposed to be in? If that is known you can do some more educated guesswork. Also it'd help if you'd be able to locate one or more of these features on a map.

These sound very much like state plane coordinates. The fact that eastings are 10x greater than northings suggests a long east-west state such as Tennessee.

The location of the coordinates should be a dam project near La Esperanza, Intibuca District, Honduras.
The coordinates are taken from the project description of the dam, but no coordinate system is provided.

There's nothing written on that map? Or you have just a partial scan? I didn't find a "standard" or "official" projection for Honduras which could have helped :(

I think these coordinates are UTM but with "16" prefixed to the eastings.

Well, it worked! Melita solved the mystery! All point are within Honduras and what looked like the right district...

Here's the conversion, comma delimited, for an easy copy/paste in Excel...
