Hi,
I would like to cover an entire wall with a huge physical world map.
I've seen the World Map Wall Mural: http://www.worldmaps...pwallmurals.htm
It has the right size, but I would prefer another projection and more natural colours. Any suggestions?

Natural Earth by Tom Patterson. Can be reprojected to any projection you like and the colors can be altered a bit if necessary. The data is free but you'd have to sort out printing on your own. I have a partner who deals in custom maps on wall panels and whiteboards and stuff. Feel free to contact me privately with the size and projection you want, then I can get you a price quote.
