Just came across this site. I'm sure some of you might have already seen it. A few scripts in here you might find useful. I like the Replace Symbol one in particular.

Yep, that is a good one. JET (James E. Talmage) is a regular (or use to be, at least - haven't looked at them lately) at the Adobe Illy forums.
