Well, I'm sailing off to new waters...
I have given my notice and am re-locating to Ottawa to be closer to friends and family.
It was a tough decision, since this is probably the last strictly cartographic position I will work.
It is a bit of a sad day, but I believe it is the right move both professionally and personally.
I will be looking for work in the Ottawa area.. If anyone has any leads or contacts in the area, they would be much appreciated!

I have accepted an offer for a position as a Graphics Specialist for the transportation division of a large environmental engineering firm in Ottawa. It's an exciting switch from the world of road maps! I will of course continue my cartography work on a contract basis from my home office.
It's been a busy couple of weeks!! New house, new job, new car, new city!!
We move this weekend.
