Hi all,

Is anyone know the methology or conceptual for genrating grid wind speed &direction for small area? which i've collected data from 4 station that use PILOT BALLOON OBSERVATIONS for measuring the speed and direction of wind in small area( 600 sq/km) i will know that actually they'll use sensor for measuring the speed and direction of wind in small area.
If i would like to simulation wind speed &direction for small area? What should i do
