I am working on a project and need to create directional lines in GIS, similar to a vector map. I have 4 points which need 5 lines of direction(in degrees) coming from them. The lines are going to be based on primary wind direction, and 1 and 2 sigs. of deviation to the right and left of the primary wind direction.
I do not have a clue how to even start this task, nor do any of the experienced GIS people I know. Can anyone please help?

THanks!
Carrie

What software do you have handy?

(not that I know how to do it, but it helps the discussion...)
