Hello,

I have experience working with ArcGIS Desktop and Adobe Illustrator and I was hoping to pick up some extra work on the side. I am currently working as a cartographer/urban planner for an non-profit organization in Philadelphia and the pay is not so great. I have attached my resume along with some samples of my work (although the upload size is pretty small so I cannot attach everything I would like to). I am willing to work for cheaper than most other freelancers. My rate would be $9/hour.
