Lulu customer service is terrible. I would try again. I have asked them but they can't tell me anything. I have received copies already myself, so it must be "RIPable."
Any one else getting RIP errors?
Placed my order 2 days ago and no error message so far... Crossing my fingers!

Just received this one:
Good news! Your Lulu order #2397536 has shipped!
Guess I was one of the lucky ones... At least we know that they can do it and RIPping error can be corrected and anyone can hope to received it

Received my copy last Friday! Fantastic!
I'm impressed by the quality of Lulu.com for a print on demand.
I'm sure Hans we can do this. Nick must want to do another one, but it's up to us too and I've seen enough talent here to assure a decade of Cartography Design Annuals
