I am trying to run Zoomify Enterprise from ASP and ASP.net and I am having some issues. I can successfully run the program from the command line by opening the command prompt, but when I try to execute it from one of the web pages it just hangs. The program starts and writes to the log file, but it never writes the line to let me know it is complete, and it never writes the output files. When I log onto the web server, there is a Zoomify process running.

I purchased the product but can’t get it to run on our server. No one at Zoomify will return a phone call or an email and I’ve been trying for the past couple weeks. If anyone has a contact or information, I’d be extremely grateful.
