Does anyone have a script or extension to export feature layers from a .mxd to a specified folder?
I have several ArcGIS projects pulling data from several different servers and I want to automate the exoprt these data to their respective project folders.

Got this off of ESRI's download section. I don't know if it is exactly what you are looking for, but if not they have lots of cool free scripts you can search,download, and plug into Arc.
