Anyone know of a good source for hi-res DEM data for France, specifically a small patch of Normandy?

90 m may or may not high enough resolution but the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission has produced 90 m DEMs for a good chunk of thw rold, including Normandy. Download at their site. It's all free of charge.
