Realize this topic is 2 years old but...
I have used weebly.com to build my websites for a few years now. Super easy to use and I have had nothing but fantastic results.
It has downsides, but if your design/coding skills are a bit rough then its totally worth it to use a website builder.
See, CarolinaScanning.com for one that a built over a weekend, and that includes coming up with all the content.
