Quite interesting, though it is a little bit hard with those demography layers (they say a little bit of the same thing). Too bad they didn't shell out the big bucks to buy a satellite image of the floded area too!

The Washington Post has some good explainitory maps and graphics, with before and after satellite photos. Try the drop-down menu in the upper right.
