I want to make this type of map in flash with xml data or php and seach function all in flash.

i already made that static flash.

I think you need to look at the technology for making your flash movie pick up data from an xml-file. I would turn to a good flash resource, help files and message boards for this. There are technologies such as flex, flash remoting and lasso that could do part of this, but I assume that there is built-in functionality in flash too to consume web services, feeds and other xml-files.
