I have created a CartoTalk toolbar that you can add to your browser. It has quick links to view new posts since your last visit, a display of the last 10 posts, and a search bar that allows you to easily search CartoTalk.

The toolbar was created at http://www.conduit.com and they say that there will not be any ads, nor do they gather any information. The benefit for them is (I always want to know the catch) when you do a search through the toolbar, the results have a few text ads at the top and they split the revenue from that if you click them.
