There may still be a few things I have to tweak but I think you will like it. In case you don't, however, you can choose the CartoTalk Classic skin at the bottom of the page. You can also choose CartoTalk New Sans if you prefer a sans serif font to the default serif one.

Me likes it. What is the name of this skin - is it available elsewhere?
The skin is based on a WordPress theme called "Webby Blue" by Just Skins.

A couple of really minor things:
1. It used to be you could type in your login right on the main page. Now you have to click the link to get to the login page.
2. I almost missed the View New Posts link. I use that a lot. Well, now that I know where it is I can find it readily enough.
Otherwise, a big thanks to you, Nick, for providing this forum!

I really like the "Aqua" globe and the gradient in the banner. Very elegant and easy to read.
Yeah, Nick makes beautiful globes for sure.

On my wishlist:
* sorting with oldest on the top...
* If you ever wish to create a new skin, please consider creating a variant of the sans skin with relative font-sizes (ems/percentages)

Thanks for including a sans serif option. I find the serif a little bit difficult to read. In fairness I am on a 14" monitor and I need new glasses. <insert squinty smiley>
I was taught that serif leads to slower reading and greater comprehension, and that sans facilitates skimming. So, I find the choice of serif a bit counter intuitive for a message board. In this train of though I would expect the title to be serif and the body sans, but it's just the opposite here.
Definitely not a complaint though, especially since there are options. I am very new to 'information design' so I am interested in the rational behind this design choice.
Also, sometimes I will click on a thread link and be prompted to open the .php in Dreamweaver. Of course I click 'cancel' and then click the link again and viola, sweet nuggets of carto-knowlege lay before me. Is this a bug or your end, or is it my system? Anyone else ever get this? <BTW, this was happening before the upgrade as well.>

I've experienced the same thing, but haven't notice any obvious patterns.
