Searching around my hometown (Mississauga, ON) for online GIS maps and found this. I've seen it before, but I thought I'd post it up to share with everyone. It's quite useful, even though it is for a limited area. The style is quite interesting as well, as there are different types of maps including a 3D perspective one of buildinngs.
