There's a new one available. I worked together with 2 other people to write out tutorials on artificial cartographic techniques, based on the works of Imhof and Tom Patterson.

I have to admit that my involvement was purely in rewriting existing material to fit into a new scheme and to test out the techniques with the latest version of the software.
