Hello all, long time no speak! I wanted to let all of you know that I have been working with Wansoo Im, professor at a local university near me, and the person behind http://www.gis4kids.com and http://www.centerfor...nitymapping.org. We have put together a website, http://www.ILoveGeography.com, where people and groups can register to use Mappler, a web-based mapping program which enables public participation and posting of comments, pictures, and videos, for GIS Day programs and events. If any of you have ties to your local community, groups, schools, etc. we would really appreciate you passing the website along!

One of the larger groups using Mappler is the River Network, here at http://www.imrivers.com/.

Again, the website: http://www.ilovegeography.com. You will notice that our very own CartoTalk is a sponsor!
