Mapping and GIS Project
The City of Scappoose, Oregon
Submittal Deadline: October 10, 2007

The City of Scappoose is requesting Proposals (Proposals) from qualified consulting firms to assist in mapping City facilities. Tasks under this contract will include developing a geographic information system (GIS) that is compatible with the Columbia County base map; determining the optimal data conversion methodologies; converting existing data from AutoCAD and paper files; producing preformatted wall maps; and establishing an expandable architecture to allow for ongoing GIS improvement. Interested consultants should submit a Proposal which includes pertinent experience in working with communities to produce maps and to develop a GIS.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on October 10, 2007.
