When I use the site, the header appears as a blank blue, and I am unable to post. Has anyone else had similar difficulties?
Safari 2.0.4 is working fine.

Looks OK to me in both Firefox 2.0.0.1 and Safari 2.0.4 under OS X Tiger.
And now it's working fine on the 10.3.9 laptop. I'll post with more specifics if goes wonky again...

Unless the problem was happening consistently (i.e. daily), I would guess it was a momentary serving error for that particular graphic file. IPB probably loads 20-50 files per page load, and load errors are bound to happen on a shared server (I don't think CartoTalk is on a dedicated server). Just my geeky two cents
No, the problem happened over 3-4 days, on both my home and work computers, so I figured it was something wrong with the site. Well, never mind; it's working again now. Thanks all.

Once again, Safari was fine, but Firefox 2.0.0.1 on OS10.4.9 on a G5 Intel did not.
One effect of the loss of images is, I couldn't use the raster security code to reset my password, so I had to bug Nick... sorry Nick!

It looks as if no images at all are showing up. And this only happens on CartoTalk? Hopefully the coming redesign will fix whatever bug is causing this.
There is a checkbox in Firefox preferences under the Content tab, "Load images automatically", with an "Exceptions..." button, which calls up a list of domains where images do not load automatically. No idea why Firefox/CartoTalk toggled it, but undoing that fixes the problem.

Not sure if this is Firefox related... but why can't I see the members map anymore? It says it's loading data from google, but ultimately blank. I have allowed both Google and Cartotalk for auto-display of images.

I'm on a pc with IE (i before e, except after c?) and the members map page shows blank for me. Doesn't say anything about loading from google.
