I've used these at demos at shows over the last few years a couple times. For vector work they are pretty impressive but when working in raster they really shine. I found that it took a few minutes to adjust to the concept of not looking up while working, and since I'm used to having all my palettes on a second screen I could see that being a bit more to adjust to back and forth. When you get someone who is proficient at PhotoShop and knows how to use the tools well (which I do not profess to be) it's pretty amazing to watch them.

Recently I was looking to bought one of those. But the price of it its just too big for me. It stays 1st in the line of "I would like to have" for my work items. I've tested one and drawing with Cintiq is second to natural. Can't imagine better.
