All,
There is a site, www.cartographic.com, that seems to be heavily laden with virtually all types of maps from countries around the world. They don't seem to be any better than anyone else for US maps, but for any other country, especially Africa and Asia, they seem to have a lot. They've even got coastal maps of Bangladesh and bathymetric maps of Lake Tanganyika!
In any case, it might be a good source for anyone interested nationally produced maps outside of the US.
I hope it helps someone!

The name didn't ring a bell at first, but then I realized it's East View Cartographic

Do you have any experience with them? Have you done any business with them? Are they reliable?

Well... since you seem to be their director of operations, I guess you could tell us yourself
