A memory from last year's vacation, and a map favorite of mine (for aestetics), a tourist map of the island of San Pietro (just off the main Sardinian island in the mediterranean)


It is only the top part of the scan (it is about 40x20 cm). My scan doesn't give the map full credit... I should scan the back side, of the town of Carloforte as well.

This map is just beautiful, and very artistic. It was not too practical, though, when we were driving around and trying to navigate using this map...
